SHIPPING POLICY
Please be advised that all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer free shipping.

Standard Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days via standard ground delivery. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options such as 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air may be available for an additional fee. These orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after credit card approval, with shipping fees calculated accordingly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return and Exchange Policy:
At Oklahoma Knife Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 10 days of delivery. Please note that certain items may be ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.
